1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and the operator of pkr98 (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing bets, playing games or using any service provided by pkr98, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• "Account" means your personal pkr98 user account created for the purpose of placing bets, playing games and using platform services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in your Account, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means a stake placed on a sporting event, game outcome or casino game result using funds from your Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, deposit match, free bet, cashback or other incentive provided by the Operator, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from a payment method into your pkr98 Account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required to confirm your identity, age and address, typically involving submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport or other acceptable documentation.
• "Platform" means the pkr98 website, mobile site and any associated software or application used to access pkr98 services.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your Account to a nominated payment method, subject to verification, compliance checks and operator approval.

3. Account Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to create an Account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on pkr98. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by underage users will be suspended immediately, and any funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Legal Compliance

You confirm that your use of pkr98 is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in many countries, including Pakistan. The Operator does not provide legal advice. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with local laws, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any related provincial or federal legislation.

By using pkr98, you acknowledge that the Operator does not claim to hold a Pakistani gambling license, and pkr98 does not imply endorsement, approval or regulation by any Pakistani governmental, regulatory or financial authority.

3.3 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and residential address. You may only register one Account. Multiple Accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the Operator immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Operator is required to verify your identity as part of anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. You may be asked to submit documents including:

• A valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Pakistani passport;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or other official document issued within the last three months);
• A selfie or liveness check confirming that the Account holder matches the submitted identification documents;
• Payment method verification documents where required by the Operator.

Warning: You must never alter, crop, obscure or falsify any document submitted for verification. Doing so may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities. Upload documents only through pkr98's secure HTTPS verification portal — never via unsecured email, chat or social media.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Payment Methods

pkr98 may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer options (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) as illustrative examples of deposit channels. Actual availability of any specific payment method is determined solely by the Operator and may change at any time without notice.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the Operator. Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not held in your name) are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and funds being returned to the source.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears suspicious, fraudulent or in breach of these Terms or applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4.3 Currency

Your Account balance and all transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Depending on the payment method used, currency conversion may be applied by your payment provider or financial institution. Conversion rates and associated fees are determined by the payment provider — not by pkr98. The Operator is not responsible for currency conversion losses or fees charged by third-party providers.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Sports Betting

All bets placed on sports events (including cricket, football, tennis, esports and other markets) are subject to the specific rules and terms displayed for each event. Odds are indicative and may change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified except where the Operator identifies a technical error or breach of these Terms.

Cricket Betting: pkr98 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on PSL (Pakistan Super League), ICC tournaments (T20 World Cup, ODI World Cup, Champions Trophy), bilateral Test series and domestic cricket. All cricket betting is subject to official match results as determined by the relevant cricket authority (ICC, PCB, etc.).

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) are subject to their own specific rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages and payout structures. RTP figures are provided for informational purposes only and represent theoretical long-term outcomes — not guaranteed individual session results.

The Operator reserves the right to void any game outcome if a technical malfunction, software error or rule breach is detected.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse or any form of fraudulent activity;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to place bets or play games;
• Exploit software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to access the platform's underlying code or algorithms;
• Use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal purposes.

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets and other offers are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games or markets, maximum bet limits, expiry periods and withdrawal restrictions. Bonus terms are displayed at the time of each promotion and must be read carefully before opting in.

Bonuses are provided at the Operator's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified or cancelled at any time. The Operator reserves the right to exclude certain users from bonus eligibility, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount ten times on qualifying bets before the bonus and associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and maximum bet limits vary by promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Fees

The Operator does not charge withdrawal fees in most cases. However, your payment provider, bank or e-wallet service may impose their own fees, currency conversion charges or transaction costs. These third-party fees are outside the Operator's control and are your sole responsibility.

• Third-party payment provider delays, failures or errors;

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and the Operator, you agree to first contact pkr98 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed (where applicable) or by neutral arbitration as determined by the Operator.

The Operator's decision on any disputed bet, game outcome, bonus forfeiture or Account closure is final and binding unless you can demonstrate clear evidence of operator error.

13. Account Closure and Suspension

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• You provide false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity;
• Your Account remains inactive for an extended period (as determined by the Operator);
• The Operator reasonably suspects money laundering, bonus abuse or collusion.

Upon Account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you following completion of all necessary compliance checks. Bonus funds, pending bets and promotional balances may be forfeited.

14. Amendments to Terms

The Operator may amend, modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the pkr98 platform.
